When the lithium iron phosphate battery is in low power, it will consume a lot of battery. Don't always wait until the battery power is exhausted to recharge. This will speed up the loss of the battery. Long-term lithium iron phosphate battery power at 40%-60% can make it the longest life.
Use high-quality lithium iron phosphate battery charging equipment to charge, and no over-voltage or over-current charging is allowed. The upper limit voltage of 24V battery charging is 29.2V; the upper limit voltage of 48V battery charging is 54.7V. Lithium iron phosphate battery charging and discharging overvoltage or overcurrent, or overheating, will reduce battery life. When the lithium iron phosphate battery is charged and discharged with overcurrent or the temperature is too high, the battery should be suspended, and the reason should be investigated and improper factors should be eliminated before use.
In the use mode of shallow charge, shallow discharge, and frequent charge and discharge, the battery is fully charged once a month with a current of less than 0.5C to correct the analog output of the SOC.
There are two circuits in the lithium iron phosphate battery, one to charge the battery and the other to supply power to the device through the power supply. When charging, the device is powered by a power source. The connection between the battery charging and discharging port and the external charging and load plug should be correct and reliable. The charging port (CHARGE) cannot be used for discharging; the discharging port (DISCHARGE) cannot be used for charging, otherwise the internal control circuit of the battery will be damaged.
When the battery START light is flashing, press the button lightly to observe the power indicator. If the indicator lights up for 5 bars, it indicates that the battery is fully charged and the battery is overcharged. You need to stop charging the battery at this time. If the indicator is not lit, it means that the battery has been discharged and the battery is over-discharged. At this time, the battery discharge needs to be stopped.
When the battery is not in use, it should be turned off. If it is not used for a long time, the battery should be fully charged and stored, and be protected from moisture and dust. It should be charged and maintained every three months of storage.
